Pros (+) Honestly far exceeded my expectations. Great lively hotel with comfortable and calm rooms. Whils I wouldn't suggest working from the room itself as the desk space is minimal there are options in the lobby (which is more like a university than hotel) which are great.
Cons (-) Of course it is called the Social Hub but the public access meant that the space was occupied by university students from closeby. As a result, I struggled to get a desk to work from. Also, there were lots of high school students playing pool during the day. It was quite disruptive more than social.

Pros (+) Very chic/modern building with hip vibe and lots of amenities. Helpful 24/7 staff in the lobby. Excellent central location with an easy walk to multiple train stations, restaurants/pubs, and museums.
Cons (-) Housekeeping apparently skipped my room despite my being out by 11:00. However I encountered a housekeeper that evening who was happy to tidy my room up then. Room might've felt small for two (but was perfect size for one). A second pillow on the bed would've been nice.

Cons (-) Bed noisy. Shower not particularly powerful. Walls must be thin as I was woken multiple times by people outside/next door doing things like opening doors, flushing toilet, using plugs etc so I did not get a good sleep.
