Pros (+) There was a great selection of fruit, meat, cheese and hot food cooked on request. The staff were attentive but not claustrophobic and pleasant. The view from and the ambiance of the breakfast room were exceptional.

Pros (+) Very unique use of the building combining the historical with the hotel. The open spaces were comfortable with a nice lounge and bar. Service was very good and excursions offered by the hotel were top notch with excellent guided. Highly recommended.

Pros (+) Everything. Spectacular and unrivalled experience. Stunning location, exceptional design and amazing food. The staff were very professional and courteous. Would always recommend to anyone. Their packed sandwiches for long walks were amazing.

Pros (+) Wonderfully refurbished hotel in an old meat factory. The integration of old and new is just perfect. The setting is spectacular right on the sound, very spacious rooms with gorgeous views. Staff were very friendly and helpful with Felipe being a total credit to the hotel. Pros (+) The design and facilities at this hotel are wonderful. We stayed on a half board basis so we enjoyed an extensive breakfast range and the dinner was a superb selection of local food. The view from the room and the history of the place were exceptional.
