We had a great stay at the hotel , once we found reception , service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved our room very comfortable , and liked set up for a quite small space. Great location for bar , breakfast was really lovely , very fresh and ample choice. The gardens around the pool were beautiful , great idea as it hides the high rise in the background. Yes we would stay again ...

Smaller boutique hotel in a great location with exceptional breakfast.
Pool was too warm.
No breakfast included and options offered by small shop in hotel are limited but tasty.
The room design is beautiful and the bed is very comfy

This is an absolutely beautiful property, so well-appointed next to the shopping outlet. Breakfast is delicious, and the food otherwise is very nice although it is rather highly priced. The rooms are beautiful with lovely bathroom products. Staff on the whole were delightful, friendly and ready to have a chat. we would definitely book again.
Further to my comments above the only negative would be the porters who were glum and unfriendly both on arrival and departure. They could do well to take a lesson from the other staff e.g. check in, serving and restaurant and cleaning staff AAA+++
Place is located near the train, bus, and cable car stations.
We stayed in a high-floor room with lounge access, which I strongly suggest. The views were incredible, and the executive lounge served a generous selection of drinks, snacks, and tapas throughout the day. We honestly didn’t even feel the need to visit restaurants much. Staff were polite and efficient. The coordination and instructions for the airport shuttle was great. The connection to the shopping centre and metro close by was an added plus for the location of the hotel. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and well appointed.
Location, room, staff, breakfast and all their guest services combined for an excellent experience at a price point that's hard to beat in Hong Kong. Airport shuttle well organised and on time, easy to find and convenient pickup. There's nothing at the Silveri that didn't meet or exceed our expectations. The large airy rooms (at least on the 6th floor) means that doors are tall and heavy - if that's not enough workout then there's a gym and pool too.Read more
