Pros (+) Located in old town Hanoi, everything was walking distance. We didn’t take grab at all. Daily cleaning and daily breakfast. Hotel staff is so lovely and friendly.

Pros (+) The staff were very helpful and polite, giving excellent recommendations and advice. The hotel is in a great location, close to all activities

Pros (+) The location is standout, right in the centre of the old quarter and the staff were brilliant and directing us to local tourist attractions. Offered help for booking other activities we didn’t do but they were great to offer. They were polite and greeted us at the door every time we entered or exited. The room was well air-conditioned too which was needed in the heat of Hanoi!
Cons (-) Honestly very little, really rated most of it. They only provide one key card which is a little difficult when travelling as 2 people.
