Pros (+) The rooms were very clean, spacious and really beautiful! We loved the closeness to the university and the downtown location close to everything! The valet service was excellent!!
Cons (-) The shower pressure wasn't great at all. The double queen room was really spacious but the king room was tiny- we could hardly open our suitcase in there.

Pros (+) Location and comfort of the beds. Did have to ask for extra pillows. Two pillows on a bed is not enough. Did like the wax seal in the toilet paper…that was cute.
Cons (-) Check in was at 4pm. We arrived around 3pm and was told the room was not ready. They said they would text us when it was ready. We waited in the lobby for a little while, since it was pouring rain and walking the area was not that great of an idea. We saw multiple customers check in and get their keys with no hesitation. Pros (+) The staff went above and beyond, I loved that the hotel is very inclusive. Lots of fun pieces of art. Breakfast was fantastic. The view from the 7th floor and Valet team is top notch. Perfect location within walking distance to all things Clemson University related. I would highly recommend
