The hotel has a beautiful design, spacious and luxurious rooms, delicious breakfast with very tasty Americano coffee, and free bicycles for guests.
no toilet paper in the bathroom, it might be the fault of the housekeeping
I was welcomed with a glass of fresh fruit juice and a plate of tropical fruits upon checking in. The room was quite warm and quiet.
- It’s a pity that I couldn’t book a room with a pool view, a room on the first floor would have been better - Breakfast was somewhat disorganized, and the reception staff were a bit slow in arranging services.
Comfortable room, clean bathroom and not too far from central area of attractions.

The staff is very friendly and meticulous; they help you with everything. The hotel is still new, and everything works very well. I am very satisfied.

It’s a pity that when we arrived, the pool was undergoing maintenance and water replacement, and this is a downside. The hotel should inform guests beforehand when doing this - There were no hand towels in the bathroom.

The photos made the hotel look beautiful but it wasn’t. It was quite scruffy. The staff were lovely but not professional. There was a large pile of sheets and towels left at the entrance to our walkway to the room with flys buzzing around them and garbage was in sight as well. For $100 Australian per night I really expected better.

Nice pool room. Room and bathroom a fair size and clean. Good location. Free bikes to take out.
Breakfast every morning was cold. The staff are nice but get confused very easily and struggle to help, from the morning coffee to train tickets etc, it’s very hard work. They allow smoking in rooms/balconies which means that the smoke enters your room under the balcony doors or front door which is unpleasant.
