The staff, the location, waterfalls
Not a lot but if i had to be picky i would say breakfast and our room was a bit average for a luxury resort/price.
Hotel is very clean and beautiful. Stuff is very friendly.
Construction works during the day were super noisy. A bit far from the Ubud.
Especially the staff who were all very friendly and helped us with all our requests!
During our stay the water in our pool villa was very cold and we couldn’t get in. As a recommendation, the prices for the photo session in the resort should be shown at arrival, before booking the photo session.
The hotel facilities were pretty good. The restaurant food was good but I am not a fan of indonesian food which is just a personal opinion. Staff was super nice and helpful. Honestly it is a quite cozy place with nice vibes and the jacuzzi breakfast was quite nice, nothing outstanding. Pool in the room was ICE!! Cold, i think you can actually get hypothermia from staying there too long. We had to ask to turn off the pump so the water would heat up a little but after 2 days the water felt… dirty. The Sebali gives you a traditional Balinese experience. You are in the jungle and that’s what you get. Staff are very lovely, and views fantastic. An hear the waterfall and creek flowing. Food was ok. We had a beautiful couples massage included which was very nice! The property is about 20mins by car from centre of Ubud which is good because it’s quiet. Lovely staff. Great restaurant with lots of choices. Beautiful day spa on site. Good location close to town centre with shuttles in to town multiple times a day.

We can really recommend the resort. It has great staff, always ready to help. The hotel is located in a quiet area where you can really enjoy the Ubud jungle vibe. We really enjoyed our stay here. If I really have to choose a negative, the in-house spa provides a great massage, but it is quite short in duration for the charged price compared to other spas in Ubud.Read more
