The hotel facilities were pretty good. The restaurant food was good but I am not a fan of indonesian food which is just a personal opinion. Staff was super nice and helpful. Honestly it is a quite cozy place with nice vibes and the jacuzzi breakfast was quite nice, nothing outstanding. Atmosphere at night felt nice and there were activities like live music and performances. The room was very clean...
Pool in the room was ICE!! Cold, i think you can actually get hypothermia from staying there too long. We had to ask to turn off the pump so the water would heat up a little but after 2 days the water felt… dirty. We staid in room 902 which was quite far from the entrance so be ready for a hike every morning. Location is alright but there is absolutely nothing around but it is very quite at night,...Read more
The Sebali gives you a traditional Balinese experience. You are in the jungle and that’s what you get. Staff are very lovely, and views fantastic. An hear the waterfall and creek flowing. Food was ok. We had a beautiful couples massage included which was very nice! The property is about 20mins by car from centre of Ubud which is good because it’s quiet. And only about $8 - 10 with gogek. (Depends ...

Lovely staff. Great restaurant with lots of choices. Beautiful day spa on site. Good location close to town centre with shuttles in to town multiple times a day.
Great staff. Good food. Clean room
The private pools were unnecessarily deep for their size.
Staff service and friendliness, location and the lush nature sorrounding
Food was average, spa was also quite average and staff was unable to get the coffee machine working
I had a great experience during my stay at The Sebali Resort! The staff were absolutely fantastic – warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My villa had a breathtaking view of the waterfall – 10/10. Waking up to the sound of cascading water and the serene jungle surroundings was one of the highlights of my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, though...
The spa was a bit underwhelming, and didn’t quite match the quality of the other facilities. The yoga session was enjoyable, though I did feel the instructor focused more on other guests, which made the experience feel a bit uneven.Read more
We can really recommend the resort. It has great staff, always ready to help. The hotel is located in a quiet area where you can really enjoy the Ubud jungle vibe. We really enjoyed our stay here. They also organize customized trips with their private drivers and they were really great guides and provided a lot of insight into Balinese culture (highly recommended). The hotel restaurant has great f...
If I really have to choose a negative, the in-house spa provides a great massage, but it is quite short in duration for the charged price compared to other spas in Ubud.Read more
We most like the service and extra attention to details.
More frequent shuttle service.
My husband and I have just returned home from 3 nights at the Sebali Resort. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of, and the property itself is absolutely beautiful. The food, day spa and facilities all exceeded our expectations, however it is the staff who truly make this a memorable stay. From the security staff at the gate, to the check-in staff, cleaners and restaurant staff, all wer...
My only criticism is the noise from renovations at the property next door. I wish this had been communicated to us before our arrival.Read more
Fabulous calm hotel complex in the hills. The room was much prettier than the photos and well maintained. Loved the private pool and restaurant and breakfasts were also great. The room was much prettier than photos and very private.Staff were very attentive and helpful to organise transport to and from Ubud. Location is a bit further out of Ubud but lovely and peaceful.
