Great resort, very pretty!
Stylish and hip. Great pool area, lobby, restaurant and bar. They have bicycles available for use. Relaxing and in a great location.
10 dollars for bottled water. Too pricey.
The location was conveniently located near Scottsdale Fashion Square for shopping and dining. The room was comfortable with beautiful finishes, and poolside amenties were very nice. I really liked the ice and water stations as well, which made it easy and convenient to refill my water bottle while I sat out in the sun!
Rooms were nice but ours was by a staff walkway and was noisy with carts being pushed by it
Staff wasn’t very friendly only had one nice waitress
Very, very comfortable bed. Nice relaxing patio area. Easy access to Uber transportation.
Breakfast at the restaurant. Entrees too elaborate; portions way too large. Coffee cups without handles - too hot to handle so one has to wait until coffee cools to pick it up and drink. Honestly, I didn't like anything about the hotel. The front of the house staff were disorganized, the resort fee for a 12-hour stay was exorbitant, and there were no food options other than overpriced burgers and no elevator.
All of it- the staff, tiny bathroom, the ridiculous resort fee, and the lack of food options. I have never reviewed a hotel, but I felt compelled to do so. They describe it as walking distance from downtown - nothing could be further from the truth.
The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel! I loved the bathrobes (seersucker and terry cloth, but it would have been nice to have options with two different sizes as the large was gigantic), the trendy mid-century meets boho decor and having a semiprivate patio facing the pool.
The hot tub was under construction and the pool wasn’t heated, so swimming in the cooler temperature while I was there didn’t work out unfortunately. We also had a problem with water coming out the bottom of the shower door and causing a good size puddle on the floor.
