Bed was comfortable.
No shampoo, no refrigerator, no closet and windows rattled.
Excellent customer service. Quiet and clean. Interesting vintage memorabilia from the junior high school. Walking distance to a great coffee shop, Toosties.
The property was clean, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive and it was a safe quiet place to rest.
I have absolutely no complaints at all, could have not asked for a better stay!
It was very clean, shockingly well done, the most high tech hotel I have ever stayed at, great room, amazing restaurant.
I can’t really say. It was a serendipitous experience! I like seeing older buildings repurposed, and this was beyond my expectations. I have stayed at some wonderful hotels before, but those were “expense account” experiences (the Del in San Diego, the Cloisters on Sea Island, the Grand Hotel in Saltsjonaden, SW, etc) but we are more cost conscious now that we are retired and we do about anything ...Read more

Clean, new, good location
Hate the toilet, the automatic technology sucks, so uncomfortable. No shelf in bathroom to put towels, lack place to put stuff or hang despite of lots of empty space
We had dinner at the Varsity and it was delicious and our waitress was very attentive. It was an enjoyable stay and I will be staying here again.
Restaurant staff were doing a good job. Check in was easy
Need a child's menu or more options for teenagers to eat. Nothing on the menu that most teenagers or children would eat. Rooms are set up for handicap and there was nowhere to hang clothes, no where to put clothes except small night stands. Very beautiful hotel
It was hard to be comfortable - there were no lights by the bed stand . So lights r on or off. There is no closet for clothes. We were there for one night , but I think to stay longer would not be comfortable
Accommodations were amazing
Food/wait staff wasn’t on same service level and entrees are overpriced when you compare it to other stays. Several different servers during same dinner and used dishes left on table.
