Pros (+) Staff were lovely and polite. Clean. Our bucket list weekend. Pool/gym were lovely.
Cons (-) Although free upgrade room, nothing really special about the room. Quite a dowdy decor, bed very hard. Quite disappointing really expected more for my money. To be honest we’ve stayed in posher & a lot cheaper hotels abroad. Pros (+) Everything. It is my “go to” hotel in London and it is perfect in every way. The staff is exceptional, and their service is top-notch. There’s not anything they won’t do for you.
