In a great location and reasonably priced for Hong Kong.
The bed was very firm, and the pillows were really thin and not comfortable. My daughter had the fold out bed, and the mattress was very thin. Room cleaning every 3rd day. The mall cafe food was very average.
Room clean up should be more frequent than every 3 days
The hotel is in a very good location in Kowloon, with an MTR entrance right outside the hotel.
The hotel room is a bit dated so doesn't have some newer features of other rooms we stayed in on this trip such as USB ports for charging. However it was good that the room had one universal power adapter that could be used. As they rooms were not serviced daily, we had to ask for clean towels and extra tea/coffee supplies. Amazing location and view from the room was spectacular. So close to the MTR and Star Ferry.so gettinv around was easy. The room had everything we needed. Didn't eat at the hotel but did have a swim in the pool which was great. You need to take or buy a swimming cap. We were able to leave our bags there before our ferry which was really convenient Would stay again next time I visit HK.
View and excellent response from housekeeping.Answered the phone promptly and always did what they said they would do. Even enquired if we wanted the room cleaned as we had left the do not disturb sign on all the morning. When we did see the girls they were always smiling and said good morning etc.
I needed to ring Australia and could not use my mobile. The Receprion staff sent me on numerous wild goose chases as they said the Hotel prices for phone calls were prohibitive. After getting nowhere trying to buy sims I finally decided to use the Hotel phone. Great location. The room was clean and the view was amazing. Breakfast was worth it.
Location is great close to everything. The ocean view room has the best view of the harbour.
Always busy and crowded lobby.
Location is superb, and quite modern facilities.
I was in a room next to a lift and it kept me awake most of the night. When paying for the top end rooms you don’t expect that to happen. Very limited room service menu that finished at 8.30pm.
