My sister and I stay at this hotel every year when we go to the opera. It has always been such a lovely place. The staff are wonderful, the room is always clean and comfortable, and it is in the perfect place. I highly recommend staying here.

Pros (+) Extremely comfortable beds and great location
Cons (-) Housekeeping needed to be requested which we kept forgetting so no clean towels or room made up. Carpeting in room felt damp during the whole stay. No microwave in room. Shower drain back up each time. Toiletries were scant.
