Good breakfast, lovely staff
Not enough beds at the pool, so you weren’t guaranteed a bed. The free daily mini bar was very disappointing - a Diet Coke and a packet of crisps. We had expected much more for the price we paid.
It was just an amazing experience! The best service I ever received. Really. The pool, the hotel, the breakfast, the staff.
Beautiful hotel with friendly, attentive and thoughtful staff. Would highly recommend. Faculties were excellent and rooms clean and spacious.
The hotel was amazing. The experience we had was first class, from the lovely reception staff to the restaurant staff. Nothing was a problem, all the staff welcomed us and made our six night stay incredible. We stayed 4 nights at the Saga Hotel and had an absolutely amazing time. The facilities were excellent and well maintained and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The reception staff was great at suggesting activities for us and helping to call activity providers. Loved everything about the Saga, Good location, free shuttle bus to old town and return,, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast each day was wonderful.

Great stay, top hotel. Great food and facilities. Well worth a visit if you are going to hoi an. Breakfast and food were really good and excellent value. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable with a high standing.
Fantastic hotel. Great value, location is amazing but what really sets this place apart was the service. Wow. Lovely people who treated our 2 & 4 year olds like kings! Thanks to the front door staff, managers and especially May, Kate & Rachel on the front desk!

Our experience at the Saga Hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and informative and allowed us to check in early. The hotel has free bike rental which meant we were able to visit the old town with ease. There is also a shuttle to the beach and access to free sunbeds which is a great benefit.
