We stayed 4 nights at the Saga Hotel and had an absolutely amazing time. The facilities were excellent and well maintained and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The reception staff was great at suggesting activities for us and helping to call activity providers. Loved everything about the Saga, Good location, free shuttle bus to old town and return,, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast each day was wonderful.
Perhaps a few more seats around the pool?
Great stay, top hotel. Great food and facilities. Well worth a visit if you are going to hoi an. Breakfast and food were really good and excellent value. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable with a high standing.
Fantastic hotel. Great value, location is amazing but what really sets this place apart was the service. Wow. Lovely people who treated our 2 & 4 year olds like kings! Thanks to the front door staff, managers and especially May, Kate & Rachel on the front desk!

Our experience at the Saga Hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and informative and allowed us to check in early. The hotel has free bike rental which meant we were able to visit the old town with ease. There is also a shuttle to the beach and access to free sunbeds which is a great benefit. Really loved our stay at the Saga! It's amazingly furnished and gave such a comfortable ambience throughout our stay. We had little desire to leave the hotel when it felt so nice to stay insulated from the world outside. Great to have a connecting bar (with a foosball table) land the wabi sabi spa. Everything was pretty much perfect. Just that for our dinner at Gao restaurant, the food was served after a long while. Granted it seemed everyone seemed to order at the same time, we had higher expectations given the otherwise great experience at the hotel.Read more
Great property made even better by the amazing staff
Pool area could be busy and sunbed not always available
It is a small hotel with lovely staff doing their best all the time. They always smile and try to be helpful in every aspect.
Breakfast has many varieties but still needs some alterations for people who stay for a long time. There were waffles every day, could have been replaced by pancakes etc.
