Pros (+) Spacious room, very comfy and beautiful design. Staff was super nice, made a reservation for us for dinner when asked. Very helpful!

Pros (+) Room was a really good size, huge bed and lovely bathroom. Near the metro and coin laundry was a convenient. Also near 7 Eleven and bus stop.

Pros (+) We had a lovely view from our room which was spacious and nicely decorated. The personal effects such as hair brush, face cloths , toothbrushes etc were really appreciated . The oinsen was beautiful and relaxing - loved it and the facilities.

Pros (+) Terrific hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay great, they were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were wonderful, very comfortable beds and spacious (for Japan). I enjoyed their happy hour too. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros (+) The Corner Room was the best room in our entire stay in Japan. It's worth it. Tamaki from reception staff welcomed the kids with an Origami lesson while we were checking in, which was very sweet. Great to have a coffee machine in the room.

Pros (+) This is an exceptionally good hotel that is located right in the middle of Kyoto next to the Karasuma Oike station. It is very easy to get to from the Kyoto train station. The room was perfectly equipped with anything you may need and is super clean. We chose to include a breakfast and we weren’t disappointed. Their food was a delicious blend of the Japanese and the Western cuisine.
Cons (-) The breakfast buffet didn’t have a lot of options. But that is a minor gripe.
