From booking to departure, the service was excellent. The best cooked breakfast I have had for many years. The room was ideal, clean and contained all the facilities one could wish. The staff were faultless. Will the manager excelled and absolutely understands taking care of his guests. He leads a polite, efficient team. I only wish all establishments could work on the same model.

Lovely hotel. Great atmosphere. Excellent food and beer garden/outdoor seating area. My husband is in a wheelchair and nothing was too much trouble.
Everything was good. Only downside was us leaving.
The staff were amazing Lauren organised our next stay with them and maddie even ran us to local supermarket all staff were amazing 👏

Absolutely fantastic Inn/pub. We wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful room with everything you could wish for and the breakfast was exceptional. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return. The village of Heysham is lovely and definitely worth a visit. Thank you.
