This was our second stay and again it was very pleasant. The main advantage is the hotel’s proximity to everything in Bath whilst being quite quiet. The staff are polite. Breakfast is good. Parking is available too.
Paying for parking.
Lovely hotel in a very quiet location yet only 6/7 mins walk from the city centre. Staff friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room on day of arrival but it was sorted out in a very professional manner which was a credit to the staff, and left us feeling listened to and welcome. Enjoyed an excellent meal in the hotel on our final night.

Excellent staff across the board with a "can-do" attitude. Location perfect - quiet yet close to all that Bath has to offer.
It would have been nice to have had more flexibility as to the time to arrive for breakfast. This is really just a minor gripe though, given the size of the hotel.
The property had a great location - lovely character and generally a really lovely place to stay.
It states 24 hr reception and nowhere does it state about the front door being locked after hours. I appreciate the safety aspect for guest in the hotel - however as 2 girls returning from an evening out when we leave our taxi we assume we can enter the hotel safely without any problems. We however were kept outside for 15 minutes at 3am ringing the door bell and calling the number on the sign. Th...Read more

Good location, easy parking
The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished (Room 23). The staff were all lovely and nothing was too much trouble. There are lovely gardens to relax in and it’s in a perfect location with the added bonus of parking on site.
