Lovely atmosphere
Everything was lovely
The staff were pleasant and informed us of places to go for local entertainment. Dinner in Dotts bar was wonderful.

It was all wonderful.
Everything was just as it should be, and the staff went out of their way to be sociable and helpful. Superb breakfast options, decent gym facility and quiet, comfortable rooms. The lobby and bar are very welcoming and the parking options are very good.

I loved all the staff....from the receptionist to the restaurant staff, cleaners everyone was so friendly, helpful and nice!!
We were staying for a wedding that was at another venue.....we had a drink in the bar before we left and I ordered a bottle of budweiser and the barman told me there was none in stock. After I ordered a different drink, another guest pointed out they had bud and she ordered it. Was a bit disappointed. It's only a small thing but a little frustrating as I only drink bud.... A good self service breakfast, rooms were spacious. The hotel was easy to find and there was ample parking, I liked staff who are helpful in finding is a nice place to eat.
There was nothing that I didn’t like in the hotel. The staff were helpful in giving us a map and showing us how to get into the town the next morning.
Hotel was ideally located staff were excellent room was clean and overall great stay we will be back
Nothing all was perfect
It is a lovely hotel, but rather style over substance
It only had a double bed, not a king size and it was very hard. The bathroom was quite small with a shower over the bath, with a shower curtain which follows you around the bath. as it was quite compact. I would have expected a bigger room / bathroom for this price. Also I would have liked to have used the sauna, but we were told we had to book a spa treatment to use the sauna/steam room. Good location. Excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very good with two large double beds. Bar food was good. Breakfast good
The bathroom in the room needs updating. The shower was poor. They need to take out the bath and put in a good shower. From a health safety point of view having to climb into the bath and out for a shower could be hazards if you were unsteady on your feet. The shower in the bath was very cramped
