Pros (+) Guest-oriented customer service. They always acknowledge you and offer to help with anything, as well as ask you if there’s anything you need. Beautiful hotel rooms. Daily breakfasts are wonderful.

Pros (+) I don't usually write reviews but there's London before the Ritz and there's London after the Ritz. I felt like a princess as if I were in a dream. I came here after the stunning afternoon tea I had two years ago and it's the best thing I did for myself. Don't miss out on breakfast. And thanks to the most amazing hotel staff in all of London.
