Pros (+) Very comfortable room. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Everything I needed was in the room. I also loved having ice delivered to my room.

Pros (+) Staff was lovely and attentive, great bar and excellent food, really fun live music.
Cons (-) The chips in the room were both expired and on a weight sensitive platform- lifting a single dusty snack up would cause it to be charged to your room. Lamps flickered, the curtain hooks had come unmoored, and the pool robes smelled of oil.

Pros (+) The club lunge buffets, the swim pool, the whirlpool? the business center, the service is perfect. The location is perfect, my wife loves she can walk out hotel into Tyson galleria shopping center. We could walk around mall before 7am and after 8pm.

Cons (-) More accessible electric outlets in the room. Bathroom outlet was fine. Outlets in room didn't grab the plug; kept falling out.
