Cons (-) Reception misinformed us about the timing of the hotel shuttle to town. We were left waiting for the shuttle for half an hour on a cold night, before taking the town bus back. We left early in the morning for the airport, having informed the reception, staff the prior evening, but the reception staff on shift were not aware of this and had to scramble to get our luggage and cars ready for departur...

Pros (+) Ritz Carlton staff was amazing. The pool and location was ideal.
Cons (-) There was no mention of the $60 per night parking. Two of the four bar stools were ripped. Sleeps four ONLY if two couples. One king in master and one one regular bed in one room plus a pullout twin. They only clean and refresh towels every other day.

Cons (-) the staff/service. they made us wait until 17.30 until we got our room, eventhough we arrived on time before 16.00 as per check-in time. they also promised to inform us when the room was ready, but we never got the call. we only got the room after i asked, that was at 17.30
