Pros (+) Clean, beautiful, comfortable and conveniently located.
Cons (-) Finding the entrance was a little tricky - it’s not the front (which is on a busy road) but on a one-way side street. So, if you pass it, you have to take a block or two to turn around.

Cons (-) Uninformed stuff and rude. Lots of money cost to stay there for 5 days, so at least they should be more helpful and kind. Room was great but dirty. Inside of the fridge was dirty, looks like they didn’t clean it for a long time

Cons (-) staff weren’t attentive, building was decrepit, they charged $200 deposit and there was nothing in the mini bar or snacks. why deposit?
