Breakfast
Extra bed was just not acceptable. You could feel the mattress springs that would wake you up in the middle of the night. Eclectic design. No swimming pool - there is pool but apart from drinking champagne I wonder what else one can do. The information that there is a swimming pool is misleading cos it is not possible to swim in this pool unless you can swim staying in the same place.
A superb hotel. Staff were attentive to any request and offered great service. Everything was as you’d expect of an institution such as the Ritz Carlton from the greeting at the entrance to the service through the bar and restaurant. The front counter team were superb. Clean as a whistle, and fabulous location.
Absolutely nothing not to like.
This is my second time at the Ritz in Berlin and I love everything about it. The bar, the location, the facilities. The staff is so fantastic and professional.

Room was well appointed, location is very convenient, and staff was incredibly friendly.
Prices for certain amenities should be reviewed; for example breakfast was 50 euros, but dinner from a 4 course tasting menu was 65 euros. Parking was 10X the cost of parking directly across the street in a secured parking garage..

Location, the hotel is beautiful and the team were nice and kind. Room was nicely arranged and clean.
From arrival to departure, I had to carry my luggage up and down myself. Not a big deal, but it’s just a basic service.
The location and the breakfast

The staff were first class.
No milk in room only powdered which isnt very nice in Breakfast Tea.
Spacious rooms, very clean, friendly/helpful staff, overall great value for my money.

I expected bigger and better standard of room that was categorized as deluxe Berlin's Ritz impression was more like Mariott standard (lower than I expected) - different than for example Barcelona's Ritz which was really extraordinary experience for me
