Aircon a bit loud
The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. The location is perfect. But what makes the Ritz Carlton special is the staff. The Ladies and Gentlemen of the Ritz are exceptional.
luxury hotel, clean and comfortable. staff are very nice and friendly! five star service !
no kids facilities. kids got nothing to do there and breakfast was overpriced

Breakfast Room, very dark, not suitable design for the very chic hotel.
The fitness centre and staff went out of their way to make sure you were looked after
Room was dark and had a worn/tired feel. I also paid for an upgraded corner room and would have loved to be able to open a window but could not. Price didn’t match the quality. Also very overpriced room service. Be aware if you remove any items from the fridge like I did in order to use it for your own items, you will get a hefty charge. Best decision we ever made. We changed our hotel reservation at the last minute to stay here as we were worried about some bad reviews at the place we had originally booked. The hotel made us feel welcome, comfortable and so unbelievably well looked after. It’s in A great location, the staff are amazing and our room was incredible. As first timers in the city we couldn’t have picked a better spot....

I stayed here all the time and love this hotel. Unfortunately, they put me in a room so far away from the elevators that I kept getting lost. I never want to stay so far away from the elevators again. It was too much.
