The Ritz-Carlton Osaka did not disappoint us, as we have experienced other properties from this brand. It was consistently comfortable, classy, and the staff were always ready to assist. The breakfast could use some improvement, but aside from that, we had a wonderful time.

We found our room to be slightly less impressive than those we've experienced at similarly priced hotels in other prime Japanese cities. It’s an elegant and lavish hotel in the business district of Umeda, some 5 min walk to Osaka station. The rooms are located from the 24th floor and above, so you‘re guaranteed sweeping views over Osaka. The TV is not internet tv and with limited programmes
It was very comfortable and staff were excellent
We got lost so many times....... just a maze. Really difficult
Great location, conveniently located next to station, the staff here are god gifted people to humanity. They are kind, humble, attentive, thoughtful, caring and will go above and beyond. If we ever visit Osaka again this is the only property we would stay at. Just wow.
