Courtesy and friendliness are the real value of this place. We spent an amazing holiday here and although there were minor things to fix the accomodation, service and restaurants were great.

Very good. Classy Ritz facilities. The hotel is old but well maintained. Clean, comfortable, friendly, expensive but average for Dubai rates and prices.
The cigar bar and service staff.
The whole property seemed very dated. Like Ritz Carlton is squeezing every last year out of the asset. The premium room rates didn't match the dated quality on offer. I didn't like how on check in the staff drove a hard sell to include me in the Ritz Carlton CLUB facilities for only an 'extra 1,000 Dirhams a night'. Fantastic location with great beach and pools. Staff were very helpful and made you feel so welcome! Thanks especially to Santa, Anna and Biswas and all of the hospitality staff!

The room, the staff, the breakfast, all the details except the plastic flowers.
