Great service, comfortable rooms, beautiful location
Better vegan options for food.
Very good. Classy Ritz facilities. The hotel is old but well maintained. Clean, comfortable, friendly, expensive but average for Dubai rates and prices.
The cigar bar and service staff.
The whole property seemed very dated. Like Ritz Carlton is squeezing every last year out of the asset. The premium room rates didn't match the dated quality on offer. I didn't like how on check in the staff drove a hard sell to include me in the Ritz Carlton CLUB facilities for only an 'extra 1,000 Dirhams a night'. Fantastic location with great beach and pools. Staff were very helpful and made you feel so welcome! Thanks especially to Santa, Anna and Biswas and all of the hospitality staff!

The room, the staff, the breakfast, all the details except the plastic flowers.

Hotel is beautiful, staff were fantastic, everyone was so lovely and happy and a special mention to the team cleaning the rooms for the fantastic job they do, not only with the rooms but in keeping you smiling every day with the characters they make out of towels, plus the fact they knew it was my birthday and left a cake with a lovely message and with flower petals. Everything! Exceptional across the whole hotel.
Pools, beach, food, customer service
Best service I’ve ever received at a hotel and I mean everywhere from check in to pool side to restaurants to housekeeping. We had a garden view room and it was excellent. The property is perfectly laid out and offers a variety of things to do. I’ve never felt so safe, even at night. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel.
I don’t love the modern light station.
Excellent breakfast! La cana restaurant bit over rated. Italian nice, great food. Great location to walk outside and see all the action by day and night.
Staff interactions a bit excessive (over sell), became annoying at times. Beach was lovely, though noise from power boats etc a bit excessive at times. Weather perfect!
