Pros (+) The room is as beautifully designed, the whole architecture of the hotel was amazing. Staff really helpful. Loved the pool and gym.
Cons (-) I have a milk allergy and tried to explain this to staff for breakfast but don’t think they understood. Kept being given food with dairy in it.

Pros (+) Absolutely perfect. Worth each penny (Baht). Perfect modern and well designed rooms. A special big compliment and thank you to the amazing staff who made everything to provide great service and to make our stay enjoyable.
Cons (-) What I dislike is the numerous families with smalll kids and even babies with whom you are forced to share the pool. Unfortunately it is impossible to enjoy the fantastic pool and sunbeds due to noisy families which use the entire area as playground. I have a completely different understanding of a hotel named "the retreat" and would be willing to pay more if this was an adults only hotel. I can t...

Pros (+) Fantastic atmosphere with very attentive staff. The breakfast was outstanding as was the dinner. The dinner was a little expensive compared with the local area but the dinning experience was worth it. The room was lovely, we had a corner pool access room.

Pros (+) Overall our stay at The Retreat was great. The staff at this hotel is amazing. Really nice, proactive and helpful. The place is beautifully designed. It was great to work from here. Good wifi and a quiet lounge area where you can have free water and coffee.
Cons (-) "The Retreat" is right next to a Muay Thai stadium. During our 4 nights stay, each evening we heard loud music until around midnight. Altough the staff assured us every day that the next day it would be quiet, it never was. Also the rooms are not very well isolated, which means if the neighbours watch television or speak loudly, or if there is anything going on outside like strong winds, then you ...

Pros (+) Luxurious hotel with great atmosphere. The room, and especially the bed was amazing! Wonderful staff.
