Staff were exceptionally friendly and engaging, room itself was immaculate and very comfortable, and the location was great.
This hotel is perfect, it’s in a great location, 5 minute walk to Princes Street yet it’s a lovely peaceful location. The room was compact (that’s what we paid for) but the layout was fantastic. Great size bed, beautiful bathroom, kitchenette was really well thought out. They even had an Nespresso machine and GHD hairdryer in the room. Cleaning service was exceptional and everything was replenishe...
The only improvement that could be made is maybe some drawer space, maybe bed side cabinets or something but if I’m honest it wasn’t really a problem for a short stay. If we were staying longer we would have got a bigger room.Read more
The location, the room, the mini kitchen, the little hallway for coats and shoes, the very comfortable bed, the shower room, and the coffee maker and tea/coffee provided, including decaf. Also the view 😍
Nothing.
Great stay! Super friendly staff who had my room available early. Great location - 10 min walk into town with great cafes nearby. Loved the evening hotel guest drinks and the welcome card. Thank you
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The hotel and room had lovely designs and finishes that added a special touch. The location was convenient, with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby.
Gorgeous room & fantastically comfortable bed. Very quiet too which is a massive plus in the centre of Edinburgh.
Nothing, it was all great.
Located in the West End so all the sights are easily accessible, lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby too which are reasonably priced in comparison to the very touristy spots on Royal Mile.
Lovely, modern hotel. Rooms are well appointed with a kitchenette and comfortable beds with quality linens. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but you have the kitchenette in each room and well situated for Wdinburgh’s numerous eateries. It might be a good idea for the hotel to offer breakfast bags with croissants, OJ etc.
The staff was exceptionally friendly, responsive and informative; especially Steve. The hotel is attractive and comfortable. The room was well-planned. It was great to have two comfortable chairs in the room and a dressing table. The evening happy hour in the lobby is a nice touch and adds a personal touch to the hotel. The area is quiet but well connected to everything.
It would have been helpful to have a magnifying mirror added to the dressing table mirror or the bathroom mirror. The glass screen on the wall-in shower is slightly shorter than it should be so the floor can get wet if you're not careful.
Great location and then a stunning view from just a double room. I wasn’t expecting it to feel so warm and welcoming for the price.
Having to leave, I genuinely wish I could live there.
