Request for room facing Park Mall as the opposite facing road n highway is way too noisy if you are a light sleeper. Go for their spa facilities n try their sound healing massage which is a great experience.

The location is great, one with pacific place mall. During my stay, The breakfast area is too small so it gets crowded, food option not many variation. Staff is not enough to serve all guest, me and my son were not fully serviced. To get to breakfast area also need to change lift fromapartment to hotel lift. The swimming pool need some repair, some of the ceramic in the pool are not in place. For ...

Pros (+) We loved the space of the 2bedroom suite along with a wonderful breakfast and great service. We liked it so much we are certainly keen to return.
