View, quality and the great treatment by the kind staff. One of the most beautiful spa pool I saw lately.
They miss an exterior infinity pool to enjoy the Douro view.
The amenities and the apartments within hotel I think this is amazing. The breakfast was also very good

Amazing property, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, great shower and water pressure and great amenities. The roof top bar has stunning views and the breakfast is Devine! The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile.

Finding one’s room was definitely a challenge. By the second day we definitely did better.

It was slightly on the outskirts of town but we quite like that because the views and the staff and the Facilities made up for it
The room and facilities were great. Superb location and the balcony and view was breathtaking.

Room not cleaned till 5pm,although on check out we were told you could book a time for cleaning, so will know when we return
It was a very cool hotel; the staff were friendly and helpful; the room was deluxe and exceeded our expectations. We liked the area of the hotel because we could look at the City lights of Porto across the river. There were great restaurants within walking distance.
They could have had seating in front of the restaurant as my husband enjoyed his evening cigar. They did let him take a chair outside for that purpose.
we were arrived at the Rebello when the total block out struck and it was so difficult to get food. we were ushered into our room with the very pleasant and welcoming staff. you could see they were doing the best to make us feel comfortable. the room was very spacious and with very good amenities. it was clean and very homey. we were tole that at 830 pm they would serve paella dinner at the roof t...
Wonderful view of the city and the river, the design and comfort is very good. Very kind and attentive staff. I had a massage too which was very nice and relaxing. The distance from the city makes it a calm spot to unwind after a long day.
Our outdoor terrace was not very clean. For our room, the spa area was not approachable easily, only through the lobby and the restaurant area which was a bit strange... Also the kitchen is there to use, but we did not have a sponge or washing up liquid for the sink. (At least we couldn’t find it.
