Pros (+) Really nice view and location. Nice rooms. Fantastic renovation in an historic building. Easy and nearby access to lots to do. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The rooftop bar and restaurant wasn’t as efficient, friendly and helpful as the other staff. Bit of chlorine smell in the lobby from the spa.

Pros (+) This hotel is really beautiful with extraordinary attention to detail. All the staff were absolutely exceptional and the rooms were gorgeous and the rooftop bar/lounge was exceptional. We don't usually do hotel breakfasts but we did here and it was fantastic and absolutely worth it. Even the coffee was terrific and we also travel with our own pour over coffee
Cons (-) We loved everything about this hotel, absolutely everything. The only thing was there were lots of Americans staying and they were doing that usual American traveller stuff.... really loud and really unself aware about how they impact other people. Absolutely not the hotels fault!

Pros (+) BF - Limted spread but quality spread, which matter most to me. Location - River View room was one of the best I have stayed.
Cons (-) River front within hotel area has scope of improvement in terms of cleanliness.

Pros (+) The location, view, staff, food, and pool/spa were amazing. All the breakfast meals were delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view from our room was great. Very close to several port cellars. Semi-easy walk into Porto or you can use Bolt for about 5 euros.
Cons (-) Confirm with property if your room has a balcony or not- if that is important to you. Our room did not but it had a very comfortable window seat
