I called but they didn’t tell me the pool wasn’t working
The location was perfect for walking and was beautifully maintained.
The pool area was fine but could benefit from an upgrade.
I really liked the lobby and bar staff.
The room decor was tired and the bathtub was dirty. The front desk staff and valet staff were not very friendly or welcoming. I was charged $100 for my dog to join me and when I noted that it was not mentioned when I booked, he blamed it on the fact that I had booked through a third party.
The hotel location was perfect and the room was very close to sound proof. The set up of amenities were excellent.
I wasn't too excited for the room located near the elevator but noise was at a minimum. Also, there was no availability for a microwave or another way to warm food, so it didn't do any good to bring leftovers to the room.

The lobby and hotel itself is GORGEOUS
No AC in rooms… heat only. Made it very uncomfortable to sleep in
We used the valet parking, which was nice. The parking staff was very prompt and nice. We only got to spend one night but definitely want to go back, because the Hotel decor is so nice and there is a lot of history there and our room was very clean.
Really not anything if I had to say anything we had some kids close to use that liked to slam the door but you can't blame that on the Hotel.
The rooms and facility really beautiful. However no lotion or hand towels in room.
The food in bar was not as described and not at all quality you would expect at this type hotel. Descriptions sounded great but reality… no. For instance, the flatbread…. A small over cheeses pizza. The fancy whiskey drink… out of the fancy whiskey. The special space on fish sandwich… just tarter. The fries, bottom of the basket. Reduce the menu and do a few things well.
It was amazing from the time we pulled in for valet parking (it's a little more but very worth it). From the doorman to the staff, top notch service through and through. The design and decor of the hotel are both comfortable and luxurious at once and the rooms are immaculate. We had a great stay and will 9/10 be where we will stay for future visits.
The water pressure in the shower. But that's to be expected in a high rise hotel.
