Pros (+) Beautiful old hotel. I've stayed there several times. Staff was great at check in.
Cons (-) Internet wasn't working. Only one elevator operating caused long delays. Restaurant for breakfast was awful. Staff didn't know what they were doing, food wasn't very good either. Disappointed, quality of service has gone way down. Probably won't stay there again.

Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) Room view. No pool. Not at all what I expected for my money. Even the floor in our room was slanted and in the bathroom, I kid you not, was the type of toilet you find in a school locker room! Room view out of all windows was either the parking garage or a great view of a large a/c unit or some sort of generator. Opened up the sleeper sofa and was greeted by a spider.

Pros (+) A lovely lovely building with old(er) world charm and so comfortable. Warm and cozy, yet elegant. Cookies every afternoon in the lobby, live music from cool musicians every single night, chilled towels in the gym (not to mention a really good margarita). The tasteful, warm lighting and colors throughout the building. These little details all add up to an exceptional experience.
Cons (-) that my stay had to end.

Pros (+) I was only there for a quick overnight visit and did not take advantage of any of the hotels amenities. The room was very small, but quaint and fit the needs that I had just fine.

Pros (+) Gorgeous property in a great location. Stunning building. I loved the old charm with modern accents. Live jazz in the hotel lounge was awesome! Fire pits in the courtyard were a delight. Front desk staff were friendly. Sheets were fantastic! Ordered a flower pedal turndown, which was a much appreciated option which we loved. Full desk in the room with office chair was nice.
Cons (-) There were what I believe were door men and bellhops in abundance at the doors every time we passed. We watched all the other guests get service from them but us. Not once do I recall them holding the door for my wife or I while they did for other guests. No offers to help with our bags. Not enough water bottles for the rooms and no offers to replace. TV very small and was locked out, Roku would h...
