Did not have breakfast
The front desk staff seemed to be out of step with each other I was told one person was new and being trained. At one point they thought we were not in the hotel. I had booked 2 days but decided to stay a third day. I talked to the front desk person and some how there was confusion. The facilities were very nice, the art instillations and the overall decor was a pleasure to experience.
It is not family friendly, which is fine if I were not a family. Geared towards more independent travelers, friend groups or business.
Decoration and location. Beds and pillows very comfortable
Gym was not open yet after the hurricane
The location was great for walking around the River Arts district. The coffee shop was good each morning. Parking was easy.

Loved the ambience and decor and the room was super comfortable!
Very stylish and comfy! It has soul and character unlike those chain hotels.. but also great amenities, body soap, steamer, etc. Nice artsy area too!
