I had a shower issue, they tried to fix it. But never understood the problem properly. So I kept burning myself. When you put on the airco, there’s an awful smell.
The staff were incredibly polite and always ready to help, which made my solo stay feel very comfortable and welcomed. The sound insulation could be improved a bit, as I occasionally heard noise from the hallway or nearby rooms. However, I’ve experienced similar issues in other city hotels of the same category.Read more

The balcony could be a little more secure. Noticed cigarette sticks on the balcony floor early morning. My mother and I do not smoke
Great staff. Very attentive. We got upgraded for free. They let us shower after check out. Big plus considering Bangkok is super hot during the day and you don't want to catch your flight all sweaty
Nothing really. If anything. The gym is a bit small.but it worked perfect for us.

Great location - 3mins walk to BTS Ratchathewi Station. Breakfast was great - they rotate their menu so we have different food every morning throughout our 5-nights stay. Staff at the restaurant were friendly
We stayed in the 2-Bedroom Family room on 7/F. The room was musty and humid. The bed was dusty. We just feel that the room hasn't been occupied for a while. Drainage/pipe in the bathroom smells really bad. We found ants near one of our bathroom sinks when we first arrived. Hot water was not stable and difficult to adjust to the right temperature.
