Friendly employees. Clean rooms. Great view and location
Extremely (!!!) bad WiFi connection. Like non existent...4G and 5G have been so slow that you couldn't even check emails. The breakfast buffet was decent but could need some improvement

Felt like the room was a bit clinical looking , could have upped the interior design a bit. But overall really good!

The room had a good view and was clean and functional. A good bathroom with decent lighting and aricon.
The decor was vanilla, there was no mirror for the ladies to sit and do makeup. The room was functional instead of having style or elegance. TV had few western channels and no movies. The view from the room was awesome!! Especially the swimming pool. Enjoyed my stay 😊
The property was in the perfect location for the metro as it was only a 5 min walk from the station. Staff were so lovely and the hotel and room were very clean. Bed was comfy, lovely views, very new gym, 7 Eleven, Starbucks etc at side of the hotel so very handy!
The pool on the rooftop unfortunately didn’t have the wrap around glass, we were thinking it might have got damaged during the earthquake a few weeks prior which is completely understandable but the only measure that was put in place was red and white tape on one part and a tiny barrier on another part which didn’t make us feel too safe!

Welcome drinks
Nice and comfy room, with a balcony. The staff was lovely; they always had smiling faces and were ready to help me. I loved the breakfast; it was plenty of food, including fruit and a fresh meal. big dinner area. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the restaurant at the top. The location was good.
It is a small, tiny thing, but it could be mentioned. The butter was not the real one. Otherwise, it was perfect
