Welcome drinks
Nice and comfy room, with a balcony. The staff was lovely; they always had smiling faces and were ready to help me. I loved the breakfast; it was plenty of food, including fruit and a fresh meal. big dinner area. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the restaurant at the top. The location was good.
It is a small, tiny thing, but it could be mentioned. The butter was not the real one. Otherwise, it was perfect
They view and facilities. Room was vey clean and well appointed. Secure underground parking

Swimming pool needed some screens replacing around edge
The room is clean and bright .. and we are also given welcome drinks coupon and save our environment vouchers. First I would also take this opportunity to thank Jenny for keeping my unit clean and tidy and thanks also for refilling our coffee and water. I like the size of the bed and was comfortable I likes the free complimentary drinks and the little snacks
I didn’t like that the sun only shines on the pool between 12pm meaning that you miss out on morning sunshine. I also didn’t like that they had a lot of tape and safety stuff around the pool, I appreciate there was a risk due to no glass there but it wasn’t very aesthetic to look at. Didn’t like the price I paid and not having breakfast included I think that was expensive

Great location. View from the room is amazing and the staff are helpful.
The breakfast buffet was average. No fresh juices and very limited vegetarian options. Also the food was not hot. Stir fried vegetables and the milk from the coffee machine were lukewarm.
Beautiful hotel. We got upgraded to the family suite and it was incredible, lovely room, views were amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice area of Bangkok, not too touristy but very close to restaurants and attractions. Easy transport with access to public transport.
