Pros (+) The location is centralised with 3 subway stations located within walking distance to get to many places including Haneda Airport. It is a quiet neighbourhood with many convenience stores. One day, my room toilet was stuck, I reported the issue and the maintenance guys fixed it while I was away. Thumbs up for their prompt attention.
Cons (-) In comparison with the size of the hotel, the lobby is dim and small. The reception staffs aren’t friendly, kinda aloof. I do not feel welcomed.

Pros (+) The ambience and location.
Cons (-) No chair for second person, lack of reasonably priced restaurants. Not enough western choices to eat in. A coffee shop with pastries , sandwiches would be nice.

Pros (+) Stunning views, very large hotel with good breakfast. Decently connected, without being right in the hustle and bustle. Large room and nice bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Great staff. Nice spa.
Cons (-) Some rooms like ours are a bit dated. Feels like furniture from the 90s. For most attractions you'll need to travel 20/30 mins. WiFi speed was terrible. Gym and pool access is not included and quite expensive as an extra

Cons (-) Room small Fully booked panorama view rooms, so we had an old room no views They cancel any options to book any transportation or shuttle to the subway because os the Marathon, we didn’t get transportation to go to the airport.
