Central and situated in a peaceful park. Polite and helpful staff. Spacious, clean room. Good breakfast.
Some areas felt dated. The breakfast room could be better organised to prevent queuing.
Spectacular view on Tokyo tower, clean , very comfortable bed , soft bed linnen.
Although the hotel is bit old and quite a distance from city center The price and view make up our stay

Staff were excellent and went above and beyond to assist me with y mobility scooter. Room was large. First time we used a Japanese toilet so that was an excellent experience. Staff put a chair in shower for me. Easy to get a taxi anywhere.
Room was a bit dated and not enough usb points. Food very expensive. We just had a pizza , club sandwich and coffee which came to AU$108.
The facilities were amazing, room was immaculate and staff super friendly and courteous. We had the best time and I couldn’t ask for better.
The lobby area is pretty, staff were very friendly and helpful. View of the park is nice. The spa bath in the room was nice (but old and ugly to look at) so I had to close my eyes and pretend I was somewhere great.
The rooms look like a dodgy roadside motel from the 70s. It needs a major renovation. No usb ports, old phone, brown 70s decor. Pool area is only for those over 20 years of age, and costs extra, so I didn’t even get to see it (and it was the main reason I booked this hotel). The location is great. The hotel has a carpark and perfect for car renting like us as parking is convenient, parking charges is also very reasonable within the heart of Tokyo City.

i had purposefully booked 3 adult room because i saw i couldnt get extra bed for our 5 yo unless i did but at check in they said i had to pay for extra bed since reservvation from booking had said age was 5. my reservation was clearly stated for 3 adults but i went ahead and paid extra again
Overall it’s ok.
The food in the restaurants is ridiculously expensive. Only time in Japan where we felt taken advantage of. 6000 yen for 5 piece sushi plate and the presentation was boring. We had full sushi meal for 2 for less that were amazing. Restaurants menu overall were completely ridiculous.
Beautiful elegant lobby and common areas on the property! Excellent service! Good room service. Stunning views! Good location.
Rooms need updating of furniture, wallpaper and bathrooms to be aligned with the rest of the hotel
