The service provided from time of booking, arrival preparation and departure was like nothing I have ever experienced before. Having had the fortune to travel over the years, I can say with certainty The Prince Gallery Tokyo is unbeatably the best hotel with the most phenomenal staff, I have ever had the pleasure of staying in.
I have stayed at many 5 star hotels but The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho was by far the best. The room was a 10/10 but the staff was a 20/10. When I booked the room I mentioned in the notes that my wife and I were celebrating our 20 year anniversary. They had a welcome package in the room congratulating us on our anniversary. Concierge services were spectacular. Thank you Yusuke, Mai and Minako. They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
Everything about this hotel is exceptional, from the location to the staff to the food to the rooms and the views. Having stayed at world class hotels like the Savoy and the Gritti Palace, I can honestly say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
Its a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. They request pool users wear a swimming cap.

House keeping wasn’t good at all the room wasn’t cleaned properly at all for one week
We stayed on the Club floor and checked in there. The staff in the club were very helpful as we planned our days. In particular, Club Supervisor Yuka Wakii spent a lot of time and effort researching places we would like to visit including some that were not the usual tourist destinations--like a street where locals shopped for clothes and groceries etc. The hotel has excellent restaurants although...
The hotel is in a quiet area, good for serene walking but several blocks from any interesting shops or restaurants. The area is mostly office buildings and some embassy sites but it is close to a train/subway station so it doesn't take long to get to most places in Tokyo.Read more

Didnt like the service in the Japanese restaurant ,waitress was not nice and impatient from even the first question and showed that by actions and word ." you are too hard "
