It was an absolutely beautiful hotel, with the kindest staff I have ever come across. I don’t usually leave reviews but my experience here really made me want to leave one. Stay here if you’re visiting Portland! Nicest staff, beautiful hotel and immaculately clean!

Great staff, great location.
Nice modern hotel centrally located in Portland Maine, good bar and restaurant onsite, confy rooms. Nice modern bathrooms and lobby.
Reception personell a bit cold.
The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice.
T.V. Was broken, glass door for bathroom very small rooms.
It was an extremely nice hotel with a friendly staff and a welcoming environment. The beds were super comfortable, the TV was great, and the bathroom was nice as well. The shower was a bit unusual for me since it was on the ceiling, but if that’s your style, it’s a good feature. The water also got really hot, which was a nice touch.
Nothing was wrong with my stay it was a great experience!
Great location, staff friendly and accommodating.
The rooms had no sound proofing. The sound of people talking and walking the hotel walkways felt like they could have been in your room. This was our only complain, but, for me it precluded me from giving the hotel the highest rating.

Valet service was good, but expensive. Front desk staff nice, and informative. Coffee bar in lobby pretty good. Decor - decent enough for a moderate hotel, kind of low-grade for a better property.
Room was an accessible room - I did not need or request that. Usually that's fine but this room 1) had nearly NO lights - one small ceiling light at door, 2 dim lamps near the desk, and 2 wall lights next to the bed with switches nobody in a wheelchair could have reached. Very dark with all lights on. The bathroom was ok except the curbless shower had only a curtain, close to the "rain" showerhead...Read more

8 minute walk to the water.
No street parking, paid 40 dollars per day for valet.
