Pros (+) Valet, room service, bellman service, room amenities, customer service at front desk. Ty, Charles, and Kenneth were amazing. It was my birthday and they extended themselves to ensure my stay was extra special.
Cons (-) Housekeeping threw away personal notes left for me by hotel staff acknowledging my birthday and also personal items that was in the bathroom.

Cons (-) We stayed in a corner room which was a bit loudly - you can hear traffic during the night. Ear plugs were efficient to have a good sleep.
