Pros (+) The location was wonderful! The facilities were great, along with the staff! The shuttle drivers to town were awesome people! Especially the woman - I don't remember her name, but she was so personable and VERY welcoming!
Cons (-) Only negative thing I can say - is the 20% charge AUTOMATICALLY added to drinks and food. I bartend part time and feel tipping is up to the individual.

Pros (+) Loved the atmosphere, the staff were exceptional and always willing to help. It was great just being out of the main tourist area so we could relax and unwind.

Pros (+) The location was excellent. Having a shuttle to go to town was a pleasant surprise. Being able to walk along the dock to the local shops and bars/eateries was also a plus. We'll be back!

Pros (+) Breakfast was good.
Cons (-) For $500 a night, I was expecting more from the room. It was average and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Also we didn’t realize how far it was from Key West old town.
