Good location and good pool/spa.
Beds are small and a bit hard. Rooms a bit dated but everything is functional and clean
Location! Service!
Nothing
The staff are very accommodating, they’re kind and warm as they greet us everytime we go out and come back to the hotel :) I love that our room is very spacious and I love how big the bathroom and walk in closet/vanity space. They always give us fresh towels and even if we don’t request they will change our slippers and complete the toiletries set. The staff speak english very well so it’s also no...
Convenience and elegance comes with a price - the hotel is a bit on the expensive side - but still worth it.Read more
Abdel was outstanding! We loved Peninsula at Istanbul and decided to stay here. It was phenomenal!
Not much to do. Very boring.
Felt like a ghost town. Didn’t have a welcoming hotel feeling. Was just literally somewhere to sleep
the staff at the concierge and lobby were absolutely above and beyond their duties and our expectations. we cannot say enough about how much we appreciate their efforts to make our stay and even our departure, most memorable. Kudos to the Management and team of Tokyo Peninsula. We were considering staying at another property but we are most fortunate that we decided on the Tokyo Peninsula.
Nothing could've been better. Of course if it were more affordable, that would be most appreciated, but you do get what you pay for and if you are at an age were you deserve a little luxury in life, indulge in where you stay when traveling!
Very nice hotel and perfectly located for shopping needs. However, expensive
We’ve been surprised to find out that somebody booked the whole bar in the hotel for the private party on Friday night - so hotel guests should look around for alternative solutions. This is probably first time for me to have such an experience with 5 star hotel.
The location and some beautiful details about the room. The dressing room was great, kids goodies in the bathroom The spa/pool be area is amazing
Breakfast is way too limited for westerners. The sofa bed in our room was very uncomfortable (cheapest mattress ever) The overall atmosphere is luxurious but also quite dead…coming back to the hotel at 21 was like entering a cemetery…maybe because it s off season, but other hotels we ve been to don’t present this situation at all…
