Pros (+) The Peninsula Shanghai delivered an exceptional experience. The staff were courteous and highly professional, the facilities were elegant and well-kept, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and luxurious. The room was very comfortable and spotless, and the location was perfect for both business and leisure. I would definitely return on my next visit to Shanghai.
Cons (-) The only downside was the price of the suite, which was quite high in comparison to other room types. While the quality was superb, the pricing difference felt a bit too steep.

Pros (+) The Peninsula Hotel in Shanghai was truly amazing—everything from the service to the ambiance was wonderful and exceeded expectations. However, there was an issue with the air conditioning. I requested twice for it to be fixed, and while the staff did come to check it, the AC still wasn’t cooling properly, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.
