Pros (+) Perfect location. Very good breakfast. All the staff at reception, especially Mathew & Zoe, Irem at PR, Ann at breakfast room, all the staff at front door were extremely professional and kind and supportive.
Cons (-) I would suggest the variety of pillow softness and hardness to be increased.
