This is not a criticism, but rather a personal suggestion: The afternoon tea area near the lobby could benefit from a more relaxed lounge-style setting. Sitting at dining tables very close to the check-in counter occasionally felt slightly busy, making it a little harder to unwind fully. The security deposit deducted from the credit card is not refunded late. As of now, I have not received my refund. It has been 7 days.

Everything was perfect. The room, the service. Fruits every day, some other treats. Very good spa.
I had high expectations for this hotel, but I was somewhat let down. We booked a duplex, and my son is staying on the first floor. Unfortunately, we can hear noises, such as people talking and passing by in the hallway outside. Additionally, the electric equipment feels a bit outdated.
