Pros (+) Nice place to stay in Basel. Everything within walking distance. Nice staff, good breakfast. Garage is made for small cars , very narrow and quite dark .

Pros (+) The location is perfect, very close to the city center and the train station. There’re triple glasses windows in the room, it’s very quiet when I stay in the room even the location is close to the center. The room is very big and clean. Besides that, the staffs in the hotel is very supportive and kind.

Pros (+) Reception staff made us a cappuccino on arrival as we were early for check in. Staff were excellent. Young lady at reception made us a cappuccino one night when sitting at a front table. So thoughtful very friendly. Very clean room.

Pros (+) Lovely hotel in a great location only 10 minute walk to train station and 10 minutes into Basel old town. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfy king size bed and immaculate bathroom. Cons (-) The Aircon stopped working during the night. We had to sleep with window open but the sound of traffic was so noisy that we hardly slept.
