Room was nice and large. Clean. Ample parking but got to pay does not say on the bookings web site
Breakfast starts only at 8am, thus i could not have a cooked breakfast. The hotel after two days arranged a continental breakfast. So all ok
Woman on check in was lovely and helpful. The room was nice. Shower was hot. Room was quiet, barely heard anyone from outside.
The mattress was slightly uncomfortable. The blinds in the room didn’t close properly and our room was next to where people could easily see in. Bathroom mirror was not working.

The shower didn’t work properly (water pressure insufficient) and the bedroom was very small. It was difficult to get to the other side of the room once the television was pulled out on the bracket.
The location was perfect and close to my daughters accommodation. Breakfast was great and a nice relaxing environment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good rate for parking. The hotel is decorated beautifully. The room was tidy and spacious. Overall, it was a lovely hotel.
Some minor things, bathroom tile was cracked and the music in the bar area you could hear from our room as speakers are in the ceiling.

Booked for its location to a gig venue, so very convenient. The staff are really attentive, polite and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely fab!
The room was a little shabby, windows needed painting, and some of the panels in the bathroom have clearly suffered water damage.
Good location, decent sized room and nice, smart, bar area (if a little deserted) and a good cooked breakfast.
Our room was right above the bar and the music sounded as though it was being played in our room- so much so that initially we looked for the speaker!!!

Shower head was faulty.. water went everywhere. Only one bath towel between two of us . This was rectified efficiently. Upgraded to King room but it was a double.
