Pros (+) Breakfast was nice and the location was superb.
Cons (-) The room wasn't cleaned the day before we came home. The window unit was leaking heavily..... and made all our coats wet. There was no apology for this. The window unit is so badly leaking that the curtain has mould all over it. Not good when their are children in the room. The team did put the coats into a dryer for me so that I could pack without the weight of the water on the garments.

Pros (+) The location is great, the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean like I never saw in other hotels. The beeakfast was good with different options. The single thing I'll do my next visit to Rome - I'll order larger room. This visit I asked to enlarge and get it free after weekend passes.
