Excellent overall atmosphere of the hotel in a good location within London. Friendly and helpful staff.

Poor lighting on hallways and in rooms especially. Bathrooms .Had a hamdicapp room. But was very far from elevator. Poor design Wheel chair accessibility. Poor. Entrance other side of building. And door swing is not correct Service charge added. Was excessive
Rooms lovely although dark.
Noisy, no where quite to sit , bedroom very dark during the day. Band music played in main hall from 12 midday till midnight. When you come in you will find it hard to find a seat.
