The vibe of the hotel is everything. The lobby is always filled with jazz music.
They initially gave us a small room that look like an attic room, but they later upgraded us to a bigger room upon complaining, so we’re happy with that.
The bed was very comfortable
650 quid for one night is exrreme
From the check in by Marie on Friday to the friendly door man Scott. The rooms were perfect and the hotel was excellent. The restaurants are fantastic, with excellent food and staff.
Location is at the heart of the city.The rooms and the bathrooms are satisfactory.The bed and the pillows are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is almost good and plenty of staff is available.Tv channels are available with variety of interests. WiFi is ok.The amenities inside the room are quite good.

Poor lighting on hallways and in rooms especially. Bathrooms .Had a hamdicapp room. But was very far from elevator. Poor design Wheel chair accessibility. Poor. Entrance other side of building. And door swing is not correct Service charge added. Was excessive
