We were warmly welcomed by Suhail and Zahra. The rest of the staff (Aya, Bongani, Clara) also went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. The hotel can not be faulted when it comes to cleanliness, location, and comfort. The rooms have everything you need, and being a fully halaal hotel, it has the little extra touches that make it feel like a home away from home.
Loved this accommodation , stunning classy and beautiful
The property surprized us, since it is hiding a bit behind the bus terminal. Very well kept outside with the garden in front. The decor inside with the colour and wall paper were very striking. The original paintings by South African masters were nice to see and enjoy. That alone showed the class of this place. The rooms had ample space and the bed was very comfortable. Plug in basin did not close, bed is too soft and worn
Meals were excellent. Staff are so friendly.
Hot water non-existent on Saturday evening, and not much better on Sunday morning.
The staff were amazing, no request was not fulfilled. The room exceeded my expectations and everything was clean with meticulous attention to detail. The location is also a big plus with easy access to the mall.

Location in the heart of Sandton, close to Rosebank Mall, Virgin Active gym and the Gautrain station. The breakfast was awesomely delicious 😋
Parking is a bit tight - a big SUV will struggle to get into the parking area.
The service and attention to detail was exceptional.
