Pros (+) Beautiful hotel and smelled amazing when you walked in. The restaurant was great, very friendly staff. I would definitely come back to this hotel for my next visit to Ottawa.
Cons (-) The atrium rooms had smaller windows than i thought, expected something different, i guess. The shower drain needs servicing as it wouldn't drain properly.

Cons (-) We were staying at the 4th floor facing the street and every 3 or 4 am we could hear people from downstairs or bar pretty loudly all the time we were there. And the last day the water heater broke so that was a bit disappointing.
