Cons (-) When I asked for a pot of tea for room service, they first brought milk and sugar, no tea and then a housekeeper brought me 1 bag of tea…after 30 minutes of going back and forth, I gave up!

Pros (+) Everything was incredible. Room was large. Staff was incredible. Everyone was so warm, friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. The Irish Coffee was an experience worth our stay. Such a professional environment - and the facilities were over the top beautiful.
Cons (-) Everything was above and beyond expectation. Nothing I did not like about this hotel. I would stay here again!

Pros (+) Check in was quick and easy, all staff were helpful and friendly, surroundings are luxurious and relaxing, breakfast was fab.
Cons (-) A fridge in the room would have been good to chill water and keep fresh milk fresh. Our room was quite noisy because of local bars so it took me a while to get to sleep.
